EMS conducts intensive individual interviews with a small number of respondents to explore perspectives on a particular idea, program, or situation. Using questions and probes, the culturally aligned interviewer follows a discussion guide to ensure the research question is fully explored. EMS robustly recruits to meet the project requirements, in-language and throughout the US. The Project Manager mobilizes EMS in-house recruiting department to contact, screen, and schedule potential participants. Follow-up reminders regarding the attendance utilize various communication methods: telephone, text, email, and Linked-In.

Surveys, Questionnaires

Surveys are the bedrock of market research.  EMS can conduct them online, in person, pop-up or via panels or telephone. It provides reliable, usable, primary data to inform business decisions. Surveys can be quantitative (yes/no; Likert Scale, etc.) and/or include qualitative, short-answer questions.  EMS can design surveys and translate into languages needed for the research, administer them and conduct analysis, including descriptives, statistical and/or crosstabs.
